Pug Cafe is coming to London!

Details of our much-anticipated London event is finally here…

We have joined forces with The Book Club to invite pugs and their humans to visit the famous Pop Up Pug Cafe, on Saturday 9th September 2017.

Pugs, owners, and pug lovers are invited to immerse themselves in everything PUG, while enjoying delicious wholesome treats for both dogs and humans.

There’s even a free puguccino for every pug that attends!

The Book Club is an exciting cafe, coffee house and events space in the heart of Shoreditch, London. For one day only, they will also be creating an extra-special menu dedicated to pugs. Prepare to be impressed by moreish pug-cakes and fresh doggy treats.

It’s the pug event everyone is talking about, and the chance for your beloved pug to make lots of puggy friends (including pug crosses), for friendly sniffing, playing and curly-tail-wagging fun in our very own capital city.

Humans, we haven’t forgotten you – while your precious pugs are having fun, you can feast on freshly prepared food including fresh berry pancakes, avocado on sourdough toast, grilled sandwiches and lots of sweet treats. If you are a pug lover then we would love to have you join us on this day – it’s the dream cafe for anyone who loves pugs! You’ll get the chance to stroke, play and meet a lovely grumble of pugs. Please note, spaces are extremely limited, however.

Important information:

The Pop Up Pug Cafe is STRICT BOOKING ONLY – you will need a confirmed booking to attend. Please note, The Book Club runs as a normal cafe, coffee house and events space it is only on the 9th September that they will transform into the Pop Up Pug Cafe.

There will be a booking fee per person (and over 2s) payable during the booking process. A proportion of the fee is donated to our chosen pug charity, The French & Pug Dog Welfare Association.

Pug Owners – £5
Pug Lovers – £10

We ask you to keep your party size to an absolute minimum (ideally the ratio of 1 pug – 2 humans) but we can cater for some families and groups of four.

If your booking request is successful, you will be asked to pay the booking fee via PayPal – if you do not have an account, please sign up at http://www.paypal.com prior to booking.

How to book…

You will need to email us your booking request as soon as booking goes live at 11am Saturday 19th August 2017.

On Facebook, at pugcafe.co.uk, on Instagram and via our mailing list we will release the booking emails address.

There will be one for pug owners and one for pug lovers.

Step 1

You will need to email the relevant email address (depending on whether you are a pug owner or pug lover) the following details as soon as possible:

1. Your Full Name

2. Whether you are a Pug Owner or Pug Lover

3. How many pugs or pug crosses you are bringing (max 3)
Please include their NAMES, whether they are a pug cross and attach a high quality photo to the email.

4. Contact Number

5. Your Human Group Size

Please including yourself in this. If you are coming with one friend your human group size would be 2.

You can write it as ‘Myself + 1 guest = 2 Humans’. If you are bringing children under 18 please state how old they are.

6. Your 1st and 2nd preferred time slots.

The time slots are 70 minutes each:

9am
10.10am
11.20am
12.30pm
1.40pm
2.50pm
4pm

Step 2

If you have been successful, we will email you with a time slot and you will need to agree to the terms and confirm you would like to go ahead. We will then email you a unique PayPal link so you can pay us the correct booking fee.

Step 3

Once we have received your payment we will send you a booking confirmation along with the terms and conditions. You will need to either print this off or show it to us on your phone on the day!
